My girls and I just had our first paddleboard experience with Brennan. He was a great guide. He didn't laugh when I fell in either.
We saw plenty of jellyfish and Brennan found a large horseshoe crab for everyone to look at. We had a great time.

This is best kayak in OC hands down. Get there early when the bay is calm and you pretty much have the trip to yourself. The wildlife experience is phenomenal especially in the morning during feeding time.
