Happy Jack Pancake House has been serving the families of visitors and
locals alike for 49 years. Started by Dick Smith and taken over by Bob
Torrey 29 years ago, the restaurant has been a “must-visit” restaurant
for generations. Currently located at 26th Street in Ocean City, it is a
family run business with two generations of family working there. We
pride ourselves on offering good food, fast service, and a friendly
staff. We have expanded our season from full time in the summer, to
include weekends throughout the year to better serve the Ocean City
community. We are a family operated and family oriented restaurant –

The service was nice, the food was great. Fresh hot coffee, pancakes were great. The server was excellent. We will definitely be back for more. It's better than Danny's for sure.

Straight outta the old school OC. I don't think the waitress even made it to the kitchen before our breakfast was back on the table, even tho it was mid swing on a Sunday morning! She was very friendly, as were all the rest of the staff we saw to start your morning off well but most importantly, breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of options. Real chunks of potato instead of those grated hash browns that never cook right. I'm a happy girl!! Only thing I would've liked to see would be sausage chunks in the sausage gravy but it tasted right even without them.

The culinary experience was exceptional, complemented by exemplary service. Our orders were promptly fulfilled within 5-10 minutes. Our waitress, Jessie, provided commendable assistance. While the tables were impeccably maintained, there was a noticeable need for floor and restroom cleanliness maintenance.
